These Terms & Conditions govern your use of f3333 and all services offered on f3333.ws. By registering an account or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

- Not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party.
- Have provided accurate and truthful information at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
f3333 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks on any account at any time. Failure to complete a KYC check within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3. Account Registration
To use the full services of f3333, you must register an account. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account management:
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on f3333. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, f3333 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold funds pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your real name and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for updating your account information if it changes. f3333 may verify the information you provide through third-party verification services at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify f3333 support immediately.
f3333 staff will never ask for your password or full payment details via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any request for such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on f3333 are subject to the following terms. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand these terms before making any deposit or withdrawal.
The minimum deposit amount on f3333 is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your Account wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the mobile money network. f3333 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are processed by f3333 and typically completed within the applicable timeframe for the chosen payment method. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing if a KYC check has not been completed on the Account.
All deposits made by Players are held for the purpose of funding gameplay on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that funds deposited are their own and are not derived from unlawful activity. f3333 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks where there is reasonable cause to do so.
Funds deposited into your f3333 Account are intended exclusively for gameplay on the Platform. f3333 is not a financial institution and your Account wallet is not a bank account. Funds held in your Account wallet do not accrue interest.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
f3333 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will have bonus funds voided.
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as stated in the applicable promotion. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
- f3333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, provided that existing bonus funds already credited to a Player's Account remain subject to the terms under which they were awarded.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between players and may not be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
- f3333 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors.
Specific bonus terms — including the applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum deposit amount, and expiry period — will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms at the time the offer is made available. Players should read all promotion-specific terms before accepting a bonus.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on f3333 are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe, Jili, and others. The rules governing each individual game are determined by the respective game provider and are accessible within the game interface.
All random outcomes in slot games and other games of chance on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game results are independent, unpredictable, and not influenced by previous outcomes. f3333 does not control individual game outcomes.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or game disruption, f3333 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore affected accounts to the balance held prior to the affected game round. f3333 will not be liable for any losses caused by technical issues outside its reasonable control.
Sports betting markets on f3333 are subject to the specific rules published for each market type. Settled odds are final once a market is officially settled. f3333 reserves the right to void bets on any market where there is evidence of match manipulation, corrupt activity, or where the integrity of the sporting event is in question.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on f3333. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:
- Opening more than one Account or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account limits.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or any other interaction with f3333.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, or any activity that f3333 reasonably considers to compromise the integrity of the Platform.
f3333 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, the account may be suspended and access to funds restricted pending the outcome. f3333's determination in such matters is final.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
f3333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where f3333 has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds include but are not limited to breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete KYC verification, and suspected prohibited conduct.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting f3333 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.
Where f3333 closes an Account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or prohibited conduct, f3333 reserves the right to void all pending bets and bonuses and to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where funds are ultimately determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, f3333 reserves the right to forfeit those funds.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f3333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or delays in payment processing.
f3333 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond f3333's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. f3333 will endeavour to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.
Important: Gambling involves financial risk. f3333 is an entertainment platform. Losses incurred through gameplay are the sole responsibility of the Player. f3333 does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for gambling losses under any circumstances. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk. 21+ only.
10. Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Clause 8.1 above.
